Fitness Bootcamp Class March

Do you have workout buddies? Have you wanted to train with someone else or several friends and be pushed together towards a common goal? Training with a workout partner or several others has never been more fun and rewarding than when friends commit to a mutual fitness plan. Small group training provides a schedule for improving fitness and reaching your goals. Moderately paced fitness class with sport specific aspects, designed to enhance court play as well as general fitness levels. All fitness levels welcome. Classes will be March 3, 10, 24.

Adult Yoga Class March

Hatha Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga practice that focuses on linking breath with movement to aid in strengthening and lengthening muscles at the same time. Students can expect a moderately paced class as they move through traditional yoga postures and sequences to improve flexibility, coordination and balance. This class is designed to help students with recovery time from other forms of physical exercise. All levels welcome! Classes will be March 7, 14, 21, 28.
