Taught by Celeste Johnston, experience integration of awareness, breath, and movement with yoga. Students will be guided through an intentionally-sequenced, moderately-paced practice of breath-centered yoga poses to achieve functional benefits such as improved postural alignment, increased range of motion, and development of healthy movement patterns.
