Do you have workout buddies? Have you wanted to train with someone else or several friends and be pushed together towards a common goal? Training with a workout partner or several others has never been more fun and rewarding than when friends commit to a mutual fitness plan. Small group training provides a schedule for improving fitness and reaching your goals. Moderately paced fitness class with sport specific aspects, designed to enhance court play as well as general fitness levels. All fitness levels welcome. Saturday Classes: November 2, 9, 23. Taught by Celeste Johnston, experience integration of awareness, breath, and movement with yoga. Students will be guided through an intentionally-sequenced, moderately-paced practice of breath-centered yoga poses to achieve functional benefits such as improved postural alignment, increased range of motion, and development of healthy movement patterns.
