Hatha Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga practice that focuses on linking breath with movement to aid in strengthening and lengthening muscles at the same time. Students can expect a moderately paced class as they move through traditional yoga postures and sequences to improve flexibility, coordination and balance. This class is designed to help students with recovery time from other forms of physical exercise. All levels welcome! Classes will be March 7, 14, 21, 28.
